My name is Rebecca, and here is a bit about me:
I have been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist since 2014.
I graduated from OVCMT in Vernon, BC, and grew my first practice there. My family and I moved to the Shuswap, from Vernon, in 2018, and have thoroughly come to love this community.
I have a patient/client/person-based practice. I am evidence-based, and focused on the person as whole.

Using a variety of techniques, I work with the person, to whatever their comfort level is, and work together to gain relief from pain, down-regulate the nervous system and build resilience in the person.
We work together to gain the person’s mobility, strength, and ability to work, play and live with vitality.
In my spare time, I am with my family: my spouse, my three children, and pets.
We love spending time in the outdoors: working in the garden, hiking, biking, running, camping, skiing, sledding, snowshoeing.
I understand how important it is to have quality in life.
