I must share an update regarding a change in the fee structure for A Look Within Counselling. Beginning on March 1, 2026 there will be a fee increase of $10 to ALL sessions.
Adjusting my rates has not been an easy decision as I have not had an increase in well over a year because it is not something I take lightly.
The new fees will be reflected on your invoices and receipts as of March 1, 2026.
This is hard. I understand financial changes can be a sensitive topic and I welcome you to please come to me with any questions or concerns you may have.
Because of this change, I will be implementing a “package” for purchase to help people get more sessions in at a reduced rate. I need to iron out the details with this first.

It takes deep strength to reach out for support, and it has become my life’s purpose to guide others back to their hearts during challenging times. Since 2023, I have been honored to serve the local community as a Mental Health and Substance Use Clinician. This role, combined with over 15 years of experience in the field, allows me to provide deeply informed, compassionate care for those facing addiction, grief, and anxiety. I opened this practice in Chase in 2021 and remain dedicated to having a small part in individual and collected healing in our community.
My practice at A Look Within is built on being trauma-informed, maintaining transparency and building empowerment. As a person in recovery since May 2014, I understand the darkness of struggle beyond just my education—I understand it through lived experience.
To further my commitment to my clients, I am currently in pursuit of my Master Therapeutic Counsellor designation and plan to begin my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology in the Fall of 2026. My goal is to always meet you where you are, ensuring a safe and confidential space where you feel seen and heard.
